TRUML WEBSITE REGULATIONS
§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The Truml website, available at truml.com, is operated by Rafał Muszer, NIP: 6351649700, REGON: 240016328, hereinafter referred to as the "Operator."
- These terms and conditions define the rules for using the Website, registering accounts, adding artistic works, as well as the rights and obligations of users and the Operator.
- Use of the Website is voluntary and constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.
§2. DEFINITIONS
- Creator/User – any natural person with full legal capacity who has registered an account on the Website.
- Work – a work within the meaning of copyright law, in particular poetry, prose, graphics, photography, a diary, or a book added by the Creator to the Website.
- Website – a platform available at truml.com.
§3. RULES OF USE OF THE SERVICE AND PUBLICATIONS
- Publication of Works is free of charge.
- The Author declares that he or she is the sole author of the published Works and holds full property and personal rights to them.
- Publishing Works that violate the law, good manners, the image of third parties, or third-party copyrights is prohibited.
- Publishing content that is pornographic, graphic, incites hatred, or promotes violence is prohibited.
- The Operator does not edit content before publication, but reserves the right to remove the Work if it violates the terms and conditions.
§4. COPYRIGHT AND LICENSE
- By publishing the Work on the Website, the Creator retains full copyright to their works.
- The Creator grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual license to:
- Presenting the Work on the Website,
- Publishing the Work on social media associated with the Website (for promotional purposes),
- Archiving the Work.
- If the account is deleted, the license expires, but works already published may remain in the Website archive.
§5. LIABILITY
- The Creator is solely responsible for any infringement of third party copyrights in the published Work.
- The Operator is not responsible for any data loss resulting from technical failures.
- If credible information is received about the unlawful nature of the published content (e.g., plagiarism), the Operator will take steps to remove such content (notice-and-takedown procedure).
§6. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
- Registration is required to submit Works.
- The Creator undertakes to provide accurate information.
- The account is non-transferable.
§7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
- The personal data controller is the Operator.
- Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing services, in accordance with the privacy policy.
- The Creator has the right to access their data, correct it, and request its deletion (the right to be forgotten).
§8. FINAL PROVISIONS
- The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons (e.g., changes in legal provisions).
- These Terms and Conditions come into effect on February 15, 2026.
- In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Copyright and Related Rights Act shall apply.
