  • Account data: Nickname (name of the creator), email address, password (encrypted).
  • Creation data: Artistic works (texts, photos, graphics), titles, descriptions, tags.
  • Technical data: IP address, cookies, information about your browser and behavior on the website (server logs).

3. Data Processing Purposes

User and creator data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Account registration and maintenance: Basis: performance of the contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR).
  • Publication of artistic works: Basis: user consent and performance of the contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letters a and b of the GDPR).
  • Contact: Responding to inquiries via form/email (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR – legitimate interest).
  • Analytics and security: Improving website performance, analyzing visits, protecting against bots (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR – legitimate interest).

4. Publication of Works and Public Data

  • Content published by authors (literary works, photographs, graphics) and their pseudonyms are publicly available on the Internet.
  • The author publishing the work declares that he or she holds the copyright to it and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
  • By publishing the work, you consent to its public disclosure on the Website.

5. Cookies

  • The Website uses cookies to ensure functionality (logging in) and for analytical purposes (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Users can manage cookie consents from their browser.

6. Data Recipients

Data is not sold to third parties. May be transferred to:

8. Data Retention Period

  • Creators' data is stored until the account is deleted.
  • Artistic works will be deleted from the server after the account is deleted. However, the Administrator is not responsible for content archived by search engines (e.g., Google Cache) while the work was public.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Administrator reserves the right to change the privacy policy by publishing a new version on the website.
